Losing weight FAST is unlikely to keep the weight off PERMANENTLY. There's no overnight solution.
You need to cut way back (not eliminate entirely, but cut way back) on "bad stuff":
- fast food
- fried foods
- salty, pre-packaged foods
- soda and Starbucks "coffee-flavored desserts"
- alcohol
And eat less breads, pasta, potatos, and other starches (which your body converts into fat).
Then, INCREASE your intake of fresh fruits and vegitables, lean meats, and water. Lots of water.
Finally, get plenty of aerobic excercise that keeps your heartrate up for extended periods of time. Power-walking is virtually free and excellent without being as hard on your body as running, for example. Swimming laps is excellent. Crunches, push-ups, etc. also help.
There's no secret, and no magic shortcuts. The above is really the only way to lose weight and keep it off. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet.
And it's okay to *occasionally* have a dessert or get some fast food, but you can't live on it.

If you lose weight fast you will gain it as fast, as soon as you stop exercise...So its better to have a good diet and exercise normally, not too much and not too little (ask a trainer)..and you will be fine.
About diet..I believe, you can eat what you like as long as you exercise.
Don't try to lose weight too fast, because if you do you sort of shock your body and you'll probably end up holding onto more weight in the end. Try just cutting each meal by a little bit, completely eliminating snacking, and working in a doable amount of daily excercise.

If you want to lose weight fast without any regard to your health, just quit eating. I do 3 day fasts every now and then and I usually drop around 7 pounds, 3 or 4 of which is fat that stays off.
A healthy diet and exercise is the only way out. Don't fall for the "lose weight fast" methods. You'll lose water but not fat.
