Need some advice from some former smokers!

Anonymous
So I recently quit smoking (it's been almost 3 months now!) I'm now trying to lose the few pounds I put on during the cessation. I find that I constantly feel the need to be munching or chewing on something. I'm eating pretty healthy right now, and just avoiding munching on foods that aren't good for me, but I'm concerned this will affect my weight loss goals. Has anyone found anything besides constantly chewing gum that can assist with this? I don't like chewing gum too much, because it lead to extra air in my stomach, which is also one of the reasons (as well as the obvious) I quit smoking in the first place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
