Sounds like me but without the therapy i probably do need it but the way I see it the only help I need is from me , I remember when I was a little kid i would listen to my mom talk on the phone with the fake laughs and bullshit gosip I was a child that came from neglect and I really dont mind being alone but I do get quite lonely also i dont think its weird more like a phase i takes a little getting use to watching people you know become people you knew a lot of people can't hack it being alone helps me decompress all th bullshit that happens through out any given day I feel that when Im around people I know I get a felling that I am being rushed I dont like to rush or be in that big of a hurry
I spend most of my time happy alone so I don't think it is weird at all. It is only beer and sex that draws me out of my front door for the most part.
Just do what feels right for you. NO pressure. Not weird, enjoy it and be happy. Who needs the drama of fake people anyway?

I'm not a fan of people either tbh. Friends come and go just make one or two good ones that's all ya really need. Just be yourself and let others fake it
