S and I dated for 7 months before my most recent ex destroyed the relationship S and I had. We still had feelings for each other. It was obvious. We got together with different people, but after I broke up with the other guy, S and I started talking again. We hung out more, he was my best friend. We kissed multiple times after the breakup. He used the excuse of "it's practice for O (his gf)." It was more than that for me. And I still love him. What do I do? Tell him?

That happened with me too once, there was this girl, we dated but then we broke up and became best friends. I still liked her, never really showed it, but I did the same thing practicing things with her for my girlfriend. But it wasn't only about practice.

So you could tell him but not when he's in a relationship, that's too much prefer and we're not in a movie.

Or either that he's bored and just wants to be friends with benefits.
