I'm currently a sophomore in a CA college and I've been talking to this girl for a while I'm planning on asking her to be my girlfriend soon. The thing is I'm going to study abroad (Netherlands) in 2 and half months and I will be gone until the end of December. I really like this girl, I haven't felt like this about anyone in a while so I really want this to work. I haven't told her yet because I feel like it would ruin what we have going. My plan is to wait till I ask her to be my girlfriend and then pretend like my going abroad is something recent and not something I've known for months. Has anyone been in a long-distance relationship this far apart and had it work out? if so how did you manage?
So you will be away for like 6 months? That’s not too long. I was in a long distance relationship for 5.5 years. I lived in Malaysia and my husband lives in the States. We managed everything and now married. Trust and communication are two important things.

I don't know. Why are there so many white guys going down on Indian men instead of Indian women? Most are gay I presume
Fuck no. Never has never will. but if you happen to know a couple that have a long distance relationship. Listen get there autograph, because they'll be the only ones you'll ever meet.
Depends how long you were together before distance became a factor
You also need to have a plan for the distance to end
