One other point I want to make when it comes to arguing with leftists over insane ideologies and why it’s imperative to have a factually air tight argument.

Here is an analogy to consider. Think of a priest who is performing an exorcism. The priest’s emotions, personal abilities, etc. will not determine his success or failure. Only his faith and properly using scripture to confront the demon will work. The priest himself has to be spiritually clean because they demon will look for any weakness and exploit it to avoid being exorcised. The priest can’t just use his own authority to get rid of the demon. Instead he has to stick to principles and faith. The demon on the otherhand could care less about what is right or wrong. It’s not held to the same standard the priest is.

That’s how you have to debate with leftists who are arguing insane ideologies. You got to stick to airtight facts and not lose your cool. They can get away with being hypocrites because everything is pluralism to them. But conservatives can’t. But when you calmly stick to the cold hard facts and don’t deviate it puts leftists in a bind where they have zero logical recourse.

That’s how it’s got to be when you debate with them. Don’t sink to their level (name calling, assumptions, gaslighting, etc.). Instead stick to the cold hard facts and don’t let emotion get involved no matter how angry and frustrated you might get.

Generally, it is difficult to win a defamation case against a news organization because the plaintiff needs to provide evidence of "intent to harm" by the defendant.

Likely due to subpoenas in these cases, Fox News's internal communications about the 2020 election have been made public. Unfortunately for Fox News, those internal communications are rather damning; even I was surprised at how rational Fox people are among themselves, but then have to lie to their audience to retain ratings. Part of those lies was defaming to Dominion and Smartmatic. Fox News is in trouble over this because, not only might they lose the full amounts requested by those companies, but punitive damages could be added that are much worse.

Now as for banning him from school because he said that does feel excessive. I'll give the same basic answer i responded with to that when someone asked the same thing.

I doubt he was suspended specifically just for saying it. More than likely he was going above and beyond what was considered appropriate behavior for class. Most schools are reluctant to suspend kids. In fact other articles cite bullying as the reason he was suspended.

None of us were in the class to know what was being said and done so its just speculation really.

As to your second question, no I wouldn't HS boys in there with her, but transwomen aren't men so I dont see the problem. I'd have more of a problem with her being alone with the heads of churches as they are the ones actually sexually assaulting and raping kids, not transwomen.

I will never justify a pastor or any educational dept head doing what they did. Not dodging that. However I do believe the mass media is very selective on what it decides to publicize vs. bury.

Also I don’t think it’s right the catholic priests are not allowed to marry. The idea was that a priest is supposed to devote his life to God and shouldn’t be distracted by marriage. But some of Jesus’s 12 disciples were married. So what ends up happening is the priesthood unfortunately attracts the wrong kind of men in the past. That is a major issue I have with Catholicism. I was raised Catholic but I am now non-denominational. They are many good men out there who would make excellent priests but not being allowed to marry is what’s holding them back. So I do acknowledge that Catholic Church did indeed cover up some horrifying acts by priests over the years. But this was (rightfully) exposed and no longer being covered up. Not to say it can’t happen again but the church will never get away at covering this up. Incidents are going to be more seldom and isolated.

Anyway back to the trans issue. It’s easy to assume that “trans people won’t do that” but just you wait until more and more “trans women” who are really biological men start entering women’s bathrooms and locker rooms.

The HS school administration in Virginia not only covered up the rape incident but had the victims father arrested at a PTO meeting since he was rightfully furious about the school’s policy for allowing boys to use girls bathrooms.

I have a feeling a lot more of this sexual assault is happening now but public school administrations which lean left are trying to downplay it. Mass media outlets will try to mute it out too. I'm agnostic myself raised Presbyterian. I agree that some of there tenets make no sense but thats what they agree to when they take on the role. The church still hides these predators to this day and as I said there are hundreds of these predators still in the churches getting caught. Who knows how many are still getting away with it?

As for your comments about transwomen, first off, all of them are biological men. They are just female in gender roles. I think what you meant is that men pretending to be trans to get in those spaces. There are ways to police this, for example ensuring they have notes from their therapists showing they have been in therapy for gender dysphoria and that they are socially transitioning. This would prevent boys from just saying they are girls just to peek on them or worse.

Very few people are gonna have their parents put out money for a therapist, go to therapy and be able to convince them of gender dysphoria to get a letter just to get into women's spaces. The ones who really are trans will be able to live authentically and be in the places that match their gender identity. If they STILL end up being a predator then they will be dealt with accordingly but you definitely wouldn't have a mass number of it happening

Deep down I want what’s best for everyone too. However just because something is a “new idea” doesn’t mean it’s a “good idea”. You are not asshole if you point out the very real risks, side effects and dangers with this movement. Yes gender dysphoria exists but so does social contagion. There has been an astronomically explosion in young people identifying as “trans”. Accepting them at only their “word” is very dangerous for a whole multitude to of reasons. They might undergo irreversible surgeries when in reality they were really depressed about an unrelated issue. It also can be used as cover for sex offenders and sickos.

That’s not to say all trans people are like that becaus they aren’t. But you can’t ignore all the very real and very dangerous ramifications of this ideology. People can and should be allowed to question and draw the line where it needs to be drawn.

I'm not sure we have seen an astronomical number of trans because of social contagion. More like we have social media showing people that others like them exist. It gives them the courage to come out and have a name for what they were feeling.

I know I experienced something similar when I came out and eventually married another woman. I grew up in the south where it wasn't exactly common or accepted. I could down the rabbit hole on how trans identifying youth has doubled in 5 years. I do NOT believe that many of kids were always trans but are now just ”identifying” as so because it’s socially acceptable.

I could dig up a bunch statistics on this if you want. But equalizing homosexual behavior with trans behavior is a dangerous slippery slope. Reason being is a person can engage in a homosexual relationship and still have their body they were born with. But trans people are electing to take hormones and surgeries. They are crossing the line of no return. If I elect to get my penis surgically removed then I am never getting it back.

But you can’t compare gay rights with trans rights. Trans identities and the repercussions of embracing transitioning is no longer a mental decision but a physiological one. Much steeper stakes.

Ones that most credible medical professionals agree is the right course of action for trans folks. Just because we may never understand the amount of dysphoria it must take to want to permanently change your body in that way, I do understand not being happy with your body. I mean, I want to get breast implants myself which is a permanent change to my body.

But let's take a woman with breast cancer who needs a mastectomy for her medical needs. Is it not the same as a transman who gets one for their medical needs?

by the way I believe in free will and free society. You should be able to do what you want with your life as long as your decisions to negatively impact others. But the trans movement IS negatively impacting others. Besides the example of “trans girl” raping a biological
teen girl there are other negative externalities. Chief among them is allowing minors (and even prepubescent children) to take drugs and surgeries to transition. Minors can’t buy alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, gamble, etc. for a reason. But why are allowing or even encouraging them to perform surgeries on their bodies just because they “feel” like a different gender. There are lots of other mental issues that can be the true underlining problem (depression, bipolar disorder, etc) but people are jumping on the “oh I think I’m trans” and society is supposed to take that as indisputable truth.

I can find the study again because I quoted this to someone else in another thread, but they tracked like 700-800 trans youth who received trans care. A majority were just given hormone blockers which once you stop those your puberty continues like normal, but very few kids ever detransitioned. At the age of 16 they start getting hrt meds which do have permanent effects. Surgeries were exceedingly rare and of those that actually did have surgeries, 71-77% percent of those were mastectomies.

I'm sorry but by age 16 I definitely knew I was a woman and im sure you knew you were a man. So why do we suddenly question trans youth when it doesn't align and claim they are too young to know when other cis 16 year olds are taken at face value?
