Everyday would annoy me but I don't like to text anyone everyday. Once a week I would be fine with as long as they actually had something to say other than hello.
not really but if he seems like he's desperate or trying to hide that he's desperate then yeah I'll feel annoyed. but if I have a really good close friend I'll be happy to even talk to them everyday
i actually have friend like that, met online. we talk several times a week. even though I have a boyfriend, I love that this guy and I are still chummy.

Um, if someone texts you once a week and you say, "why are you texting me this often", you might as we be saying "I don't want to be friends anymore. Leave me alone." If once a week is too often for someone to message you, they are most certainly NOT your friend.
