Guys why you so scared to go talk to a girl?

Question

So I see guys around an they stare a lot and I keep thinking am I ugly but guys have said I am fit an gorgeous but they do not come over. Are they intimidated.

The majority of guys see me and stare. Some look away after that an others whisper to their friends but dont act on it. I am a shy girl so maybe I am not overly inviting due to my reserved nature. I am working on it.

I do not want all guys to think I am stuck up or scary though. Guy I've seen around an like a little bit he stares but looks away all nervous an if he sees me coming towards his direction like to go home an his facing my way he will turn around until I've gone an I dont know why he does that.

His friend said to him one time she's pretty fit an he didn't say a word just stared an looked blank was so awkward lol. His friend is forward asked for my number but I do not like him haha.

Other guys will stare until they see what reaction I give then they leave it at that. I do have a brf bitch resting face. An not always smiling from ear to ear so maybe that puts guys off talking to me. Been single nearly a year so I must have to work on being approachable but not too all guys ofcourse.

Most guys will not want to approach a girl that doesn't look inviting. The only time I have a hard time letting a girl I like let her know I like her would be at work. Because the last thing I want is for her to reject me and then have to go to work where it would I would feel really awkward to act normal around her. Which is why I try to stick to not dating co-workers. Even ones that I am extremely attracted too and even the ones that I know like me back. Because even if she likes me back and we start dating, if we ever break up then it would become awkward to be around her at work.

I think the biggest obstacle of guys approaching girls is that they're too result-oriented.
One, they're not used to talking to random strangers.
Two, they're too focused on getting girl's number, without bringing their true personalities to the table, which ended up flaking themselves.

Rejection sucks and women can mess with men so easily its scary. I've been rejected and whenever I get rejected I take a few years off am then try again with another girl. The worst feeling for a man is knowing a girl rejected them cause it hits their pride.

To me, it's mainly that I'd say the wrong thing, that could end the "relationship" (or simply being rejected during "first impressions") without warning. Worse, she could've "spread the word", and in turn, "being unable to try again" are the least of my problems.

Such as that I'd unintentionally say something that'd make me come off as a perv. (because, well, physically speaking, one reason I wish that I'd have a girlfriend, is because... the closest I've approached, their bodies felt so nice.)

Approaching girls can be really hard for a lot of us. You as a girl can do certain things to make it easier for us though. For example, you see a handsome guy looking at you and you see he is getting nervous, you can smile and say 'Hey how's it going?' Make yourself look inviting for an approach.

I'm clinically diagnosed with Social Anxiety/General Anxiety. I had a panic attack trying to talk to this girl at church one time. It really sucks. I don't honestly believe I'll ever be normal, even with medications that are supposed to help with mental health problems like this. A real Panic Attack feels exactly the same as the description of an actual Heart Attack, except it doesn't show up on an EKG or stress test. I've ended up in the emergency room because of Panic Disorder before.

Because guys don't take rejection so well. Nobody wants to end up like that guy who asked your number. And guys aren't good at reading subtle hints. Some think You are out of their league. It depends. Especially if he is a shy guy, he won't approach unless he is absolutely sure that you won't deny.

A girl can be loud/ yell at guy at times he gets scared backs off

There is absolutely no reason why a girl should fall in love with me. Beautiful girls are just out of my coverage area.
It's not because of my under confidence or something but it's simply because i don't actually satisfy that kind of personality criteria that women wants to see in men.
