Been there, i work hard have two children and study i do it by myself but feel I don't have the right to be happy and when I am I feel wrong I put everyone else first and do lots for other people and never given a second thought. I lived with a partner who everyday brought me down to nothing with words telling me i wasn't good enough to be mother of his kids i was fat ugly no one else would love me i was lucky to have him... see after I kicked him to the curb and started to do things to make me happy things that I really didn't care what other people thought just things to suit my likes my views changed, then someone very close to me said for all you do for other people without batting an eyelid you honestly deserve a medal... the world would be at a loss if it didn't have you in it, you are always so happy and make other people happy and although you may feel you should not be happy you plod on... but you more than anyone deserve to be happy... and see now I dont care who, what, where or when I will be what I want and no one will tell me other wise... dont sell yourself short everyone has something unique about them that make them a credit to this world. Chin up you same as everyone deserve to smile... I wake everyday and im overwhelmed just to be alive and like no one else

Writing uses a different part of the brain than talking. Writing helps us crystalize our thoughts. Are you eating healthy, exercising and getting enuf sleep? Keep writing and distill what is the problem. Get counseling if things don't improve. Good luck!
