Does anyone have any positive advice? (Page 2)

Question

First and foremost this post is me purely seeking helpful advice and encouragement- I’m not wanting any negativity or judgement so please scroll if you wish to be rude.  So I’m a college student. Currently on a roller coaster of emotions trying to constantly not fail and to effectively manage my time to get through. My biggest issue is I believe I’m depressed. I can’t sleep most nights and usually watch YouTube and listen to music until 5 am and go to sleep for a couple hours before I have to go to class and then I’m exhausted and so on. But I feel depressed I feel discouraged and lonely etc. I have little to no joy or motivation. I’m not suicidal or anything but I do need some advice. I’m too embarrassed to talk to my parents and they wouldn’t understand. I just waste my time and try to distract myself from the misery I feel. Does anyone understand or have any suggestions? I could really use some advice. I’m really struggling and I don’t know how to cope and I feel terrible plus I feel I’m about to fuck up my life with my grades. So again any advice or coping skills? Thanks
