I think they are both selfish and most people do too.
I voted only because I wanted to see what the results are, and it's pretty much what I expected. Men say no, women say yeah.
Simple. If women should have the right to abort an unwanted child, men should have the right to revoke parentalhood and not be forced to pay child support.

Yes, they both agreed to have sex, but he's clearly been deceived. He didn't want a child. And I've heard of other cases like this in a reportage.

I would link you the reportage, but it's not in English.. There was a guy who learnt that he had a child 22 years later. He was forced by justice to pay for all the child support he never paid because he didn't know he had a child. As a result he had to sell his house, and it wasn't even enough
I agree that the man should pay the child support but I disagree with women obtaining abortions in any stage, early , mid or late. It should be outlawed.
First off, they shouldn't get divorced to start with unless it's fornication or severe physical abuse.
