I've been dating a guy for a while. He acted very uninterestedly last week, never texting or calling. What should I do?
You should be straight-up honest with him and tell him how you feel about him (presumably interested) and ask him whether he is interested in having a relationship with you and/or what his motives are (casual dating...) are of the relationship. If that guy does not want to give you an answer that seems reasonable, clear and genuine then he is not interested and leave him or ask him whether he has problems in his personal life (health/family) that are bothering him which may be why he is acting uninterested. Bear in mind it is probably not a good idea to ask him whether he has personal problems because he could use it as an excuse for (... cheating or..).

I recently saw a YouTube video about how guys should do that to women to keep them crawling back and feed their damn ego. I don't know if that's what he's doing, but either way don't put up with that kind of disrespect. Guys or girls. The internet has ruined the dating world
What can you do but go out and act like you are having fun. One selfie with 6 new bar friends. Post a pic? Something where you are not waiting around. I always do meetup groups as they are easy. Thinking out loud… 🤷🏻♂️

What Does It Mean When Someone is Blowing You Off?
When someone is blowing you off, they're basically giving you the cold shoulder and ignoring you. It's not a nice feeling, but unfortunately, it's something we all have to deal with at one point or another.
There are a few different reasons why someone might blow you off:
- Maybe they're not interested in you and are trying to let you down easily.
- Or, they could be busy and just don't have the time to talk to you.
- Either way, it's not a great feeling to be on the receiving end of a blow-off.
If you're ever feeling like you're being blown off, just remember that it's not personal. There's nothing wrong with you, it's just the other person's way of dealing with the situation. So don't take it too hard and move on. There are plenty of other people out there who would love to talk to you.
How Do You Know If Someone is Blowing You Off?
It can be really frustrating when you think you're being blown off by someone, especially if you're not sure. Maybe you've been texting back and forth with someone and suddenly they go radio silent, or you've been on a few dates with someone and they suddenly stop returning your calls. It's enough to make you want to pull your hair out!
If you're wondering how to tell if someone is blowing you off, there are a few key signs to look out for:
- First, if they're suddenly very busy and don't have time for you, that's a red flag.
- If they're making excuses not to see you or meet up with you, that's another sign.
- And finally, if they just don't seem that interested in you anymore, that's a pretty clear sign that they're blowing you off.
Of course, it's always possible that someone is just really busy or going through a tough time.
So if you're not sure if someone is blowing you off, it's always best to just ask them directly. That way you'll know for sure and you won't have to waste your time wondering.
How to Respond to Being Blown Off?
When you've been dating someone for a while and you think things are going well, it can be a real bummer when they suddenly start blowing you off. You might feel like you did something wrong, or like you're not good enough for them.
But don't worry, it's not you, it's them. And there are ways to respond that will make you feel better and might even make them realize what they're missing out on:
- First, take a step back and assess the situation. Are they really blowing you off, or are they just busy? If it's the latter, then they're probably not worth your time anyway. But if they're really blowing you off, then it's time to take action.
- The best way to respond to being blown off is to be confident and direct. Let them know that you're not going to put up with their crap and that you deserve better. You might even want to give them a piece of your mind.
But whatever you do, don't beg them to come back or give them another chance. That will only make you look weak and needy.
If they're truly sorry for blowing you off, then they'll come back on their own. And if they don't, then it's their loss.

Don't text or call him. If he never texts or calls, you got the message. It may hurt at first, but you'll get over it. Just keep yourself busy.
Reach out to him & make sure you see face to face and then ask him what's going on. He might be going through a lot or perhaps something happened to his phone
Remove him from everywhere and move on with your life. Or you could text him and say if you’re not interested you can let me know, not like I’m gonna bite u.
The best thing you can do is move on with your life.
Don’t waste your time on this guy..You are 43 and asking this? You are an adult, just move on.
